Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item is delivered.

• Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

• Product must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds

• Once the return is approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer.

Note: Customized or personalized gifts are non-returnable and non-refundable.
